Founding Design Engineer

About the role

Join a pre‑seed startup building a personal AI agent that can complete everyday tasks for users. You will shape the product from concept to polished release, owning both design and code across web and iOS while working closely with the founder.

Key responsibilities

• Turn early product ideas into usable flows and high‑fidelity prototypes in Figma.
• Implement those flows using TypeScript, React and Next.js, and contribute to the iOS app with SwiftUI.
• Define interaction patterns, visual standards, and reusable components for the product.
• Design and build interfaces that communicate the AI agent’s actions, requests, and outcomes to users.
• Iterate quickly, test ideas, gather feedback and ship working versions rather than over‑designing.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience shipping production interfaces with TypeScript, React and Next.js.
• Proven ability to design product flows and high‑fidelity screens in Figma.
• At least one project where you handled both design and implementation end‑to‑end.
• Strong independent work style, turning vague ideas into tested, functional interfaces.
• Fluent Polish for daily communication and willingness to work onsite in Warsaw five days a week.
