Talent Development Specialist (Mid‑Level)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Development Specialist to support the delivery and continuous improvement of leadership development and learning initiatives across SOFTSWISS. The role is project‑based with potential for longer‑term opportunities and is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of leadership programs, including participants, schedules, communication, facilitators, providers, materials and follow‑up.
• Support internal programs such as Manager Foundations, Leadership Mastery, Management Community and coaching initiatives.
• Contribute to program design, learning materials, facilitation and continuous improvement based on feedback.
• Manage external learning requests, approvals, registrations and follow‑up with participants and providers.
• Oversee LinkedIn Learning operations for managers, including access, assignments, tracking and reporting.
• Maintain accurate data on learning programs, participation, completion, feedback and costs, and prepare structured reports.
• Support online, hybrid and onsite learning events and use Jira and Confluence for task coordination.

Required profile

• Higher education in HR, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in talent development, learning & development, HR or program coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders in parallel.
• Professional proficiency in English and Russian (B2 or above).
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Jira and Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and content administration.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Learning platform.
• Experience creating learning materials, guides or participant communications.
• Basic experience with Articulate 360 or similar e‑learning authoring tools (nice to have).
