Junior EMEA Recruiter (fixed-term)

About the role

Grow your recruitment career with us! We are looking for a Junior EMEA Recruiter to join our friendly and collaborative Recruiting Team in Gdańsk. You will work with colleagues and hiring managers across EMEA, recruiting for a variety of technical, corporate and sales roles.

Key responsibilities

• Support and gradually take ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment processes across EMEA.
• Search for and connect with candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and other sourcing channels.
• Review applications, conduct initial screenings and interviews.
• Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process and help create a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Some previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or candidate sourcing (in‑house or agency).
• English and Polish at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• Good communication skills, curiosity and willingness to learn about recruitment across different EMEA countries.
• Team‑player mindset, strong organizational skills and proactive attitude.
