About the role
The HR Associate is a key member of the EMEA HR Solutions Center, acting as the first point of contact for HR inquiries across the region. You will support employees and managers on policy, process and technology matters, helping to deliver efficient HR services.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to HR‑related inquiries via email, chat and case system.
- Provide guidance on HR policies such as performance reviews, merit and talent processes.
- Promote and support self‑service tools like Workday, ensuring user accountability.
- Process and audit employee transactions in Workday.
- Support HR initiatives, training logistics and communications.
- Drive process improvements and handle general admin tasks such as report preparation.
Required profile
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Passion for HR with prior experience preferred.
- Hands‑on experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Analytical mindset with interest in process improvement.
- Proactive, responsible and adaptable, eager to learn new tools.
