Talent Acquisition Partner – Swedish Language

About the role

You will be part of the wider EMEA Talent Acquisition team and support the growth of the business by bringing high‑quality candidates into the organisation. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in high‑volume internal recruitment, with training and development provided to ensure success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life‑cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners and Talent Management to align hiring with strategic workforce planning.
• Provide market insights, industry trends and job knowledge to influence hiring decisions.
• Research, recommend and execute new sourcing channels for active and passive candidates.
• Ensure hiring managers are kept informed of recruitment activities and maintain continuous collaboration.
• Train hiring teams on best‑in‑class recruiting processes, competency selection and behavioural interviewing.
• Maintain timely system updates and accurate analytics in the ATS.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance the talent acquisition experience.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience in a corporate high‑volume, full‑cycle recruitment function.
• Ability to source candidates across various functions and industries.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English; additional Danish or German is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other ATS platforms.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing tools.
