Workday HRIS Specialist

About the role

Join Alfa Laval’s HR Technology team in Krakow and help drive the next level of digital HR. You will work in a mature global Workday environment, improving processes through innovation, automation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and optimise Workday Core HCM and Workday Analytics modules.
• Deliver scalable Workday solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
• Lead small to medium Workday enhancements and projects from design to deployment.
• Develop Workday reports and dashboards and support data governance.
• Troubleshoot complex Workday issues and provide functional support.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM.
• Experience delivering Workday projects in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of Workday business objects and integration concepts.
• Proven ability in business analysis, testing, end‑user training and data management.
• Customer‑focused mindset, strong communication and analytical skills.
