Staff Technical Product Manager - Healthcare Financial Services

About the role

GE HealthCare's Healthcare Financial Services (HFS) team is looking for a Staff Technical Product Manager in Krakow. The role leads the product roadmap, works with cross-functional business stakeholders to understand business problems, documents business requirements and delivers completed functionality. It is a product owner role in the finance domain, combining strong business analysis and product management skills with a solid technical background.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product backlog, roadmap and releases, keeping 1-2 sprints of backlog ready and prioritising according to validated customer needs and business strategy
• Gather VOC requirements, obtain product feedback and collaborate with UX on design, personas and customer interviews
• Translate ambiguous requests into actionable user stories and work units, and work closely with developers on clarifications, acceptance, testing and design
• Influence alignment between customers, product managers and engineering teams, and mentor junior team members
• Collaborate with leadership, architects, developers, product support and other internal teams to keep the development process healthy

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science or another STEM major
• Strong product management experience, preferably in finance, with a solid technical background
• Agile environment experience; Scrum, Product Owner or PMI certification preferred
• Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent quality certification preferred
• Desired: familiarity with the finance life cycle (leases, loans, asset management) and knowledge of the full solution catalog

Required skills

• Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and web technologies (C#.NET Core, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, SQL Server, GitHub)
• Software design and coding principles, and willingness to learn new technologies
• Business acumen, presentation and storytelling skills, and strong organisation and attention to detail

• Annual salary range for Poland-based positions of 272,000 to 374,000 PLN, depending on skills, experience and internal equity
