About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a part‑time Sales Associate to join its store in Galeria Bałtycka, Gdańsk. You will work in a dynamic retail environment that values openness to change and fresh ideas, representing an iconic clothing brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with the highest level of service and product knowledge.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, upholding the brand’s values.
• Support store management in achieving sales targets, both store‑wide and individual.
• Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, and maintaining an organized back‑room.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Levi’s heritage and style.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Customer‑focused with a strong service orientation.
• Confident, communicative and persuasive in direct customer interactions.
• Previous experience in tailoring or related retail is a plus.
