Full Cycle Account Executive

About the role

As the first Account Executive in Poland, you will help build plancraft’s market presence from the ground up. You will develop relationships with Polish customers, co‑create a local sales approach and turn early learnings into scalable success.

Key responsibilities

• Convert leads into paying customers through qualification, tailored demos and consistent follow‑up.
• Own the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, activation support and churn prevention.
• Maintain high‑quality daily sales activities, CRM hygiene and transparent documentation.
• Collaborate with the Country Lead on localisation, customer communication and feedback loops.
• Provide weekly reporting on lead flow, performance metrics and customer insights.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership and reliability.
• Proven track record in closing B2B SaaS deals and managing a structured pipeline.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the SMB segment.
• Polish (C1/C2) and strong English communication skills.

Required skills

• Outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Solid CRM experience (Hubspot preferred).
