Enterprise Account Executive – Telco & Media

About the role

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic customer relationships in the Telecommunications and Media sectors across Poland. The role focuses on driving large‑scale transformation initiatives that leverage AI‑powered and agentic business models.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with Salesforce’s largest Telco and Media customers in Poland, engaging C‑level executives.
• Develop deep understanding of each customer’s strategy, operating model and transformation priorities.
• Identify and develop multi‑year, multi‑million‑dollar opportunities across customer experience, sales, service, marketing, data and AI.
• Position the broader Salesforce platform—including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Communications Cloud, Media Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Slack—to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving procurement, IT, security and executive stakeholders.
• Orchestrate Salesforce specialists, solution engineers, customer success teams, partners and senior executives around accounts.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline management, forecasting and deal execution to meet ambitious revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling complex enterprise technology or transformation solutions.
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding enterprise sales targets.
• Experience managing large strategic accounts and multi‑million‑dollar opportunities.
• Ability to navigate complex organisations and build relationships across business, technology and procurement.
• Executive communication and storytelling skills, fluency in Polish and English.
