Sales Representative – German Market (QRmaint)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Representative who will own the full sales cycle for QRmaint, our mobile‑first CMMS solution, targeting German‑speaking customers in the DACH region. The role combines inbound lead handling with proactive outbound prospecting and requires a strong focus on discovery, tailored demos and closing.

Key responsibilities

• Own your target, pipeline and forecast, being accountable for the final outcome.
• Run the complete inbound sales cycle – first contact, demo and close – on self‑serve leads.
• Generate and nurture outbound opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, conferences and partner contacts.
• Conduct discovery conversations and tailor each demo to the customer’s specific maintenance challenges.
• Drive the sales process toward closing, setting clear decision windows early.
• Maintain accurate activity, stage and forecast data in HubSpot in real time.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in SaaS or industrial/maintenance solutions.
• Documented track record of managing your own target, pipeline and forecast.
• Strong ability to run discovery conversations and focus on customer problems.
• Natural drive to close deals and resilience to outbound rejection.
• Disciplined CRM usage with continuous data upkeep.
• Advanced English and German language skills (minimum C1).
