Sales Representative – QRmaint (B2B SaaS)

About the role

As a Sales Representative for QRmaint, you will own the full sales cycle for inbound leads while actively building your own pipeline through outbound activities. The role is hybrid, requiring you to work from the office in Cracow or Warsaw a few days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Run the end‑to‑end inbound sales process: first contact, tailored demo, and close.
• Generate and nurture outbound opportunities via LinkedIn, cold calling, conferences and partner contacts.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer pain points and shape demos accordingly.
• Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot, updating activities, stages and forecasts in real time.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in SaaS or industrial/maintenance solutions.
• Documented track record of owning target, pipeline and forecast.
• Strong discovery and closing skills with resilience to rejection.
• Advanced English (minimum C1) and ability to work independently.
