Planning and Performance Management Specialist (Fixed-Term)

About the role

The Planning and Performance Management Specialist will support local reporting and contribute to regional and global projects. The role requires a proactive, flexible individual with a "can do" attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and support monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closings using SAP and other tools.
• Collect and consolidate expense actuals and plan data to prepare forecasts.
• Maintain master data in SAP and other controlling systems, ensuring data quality.
• Deliver cost allocation to services, products/projects and customers.
• Prepare regular expense reporting and respond to cost‑center manager queries.
• Identify financial issues, support counter‑measure definition and track achievement.
• Lead project modules or task forces related to PPM topics.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of finance/controlling experience, preferably in FP&A or management accounting.
• Academic degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Very good Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP (desired) and BI tools.
