Project Manager – Warehouse Automation

About the role

Element Logic is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of large-scale warehouse automation projects, from sales handover through final acceptance. Projects involve multiple technologies such as AutoStore, conveyor systems, AGVs, packaging equipment, software integrations and other material handling solutions. The role is based remotely, with regular travel to customer sites across Poland.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring proper staffing, detailed planning and adherence to documented processes
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical and software implementation, integrations with automation equipment and stakeholder collaboration
• Run internal and external kick-off meetings, manage project meetings and follow up on progress with regular reporting
• Interpret mechanical, electrical and layout drawings and manage software integration (WMS, WCS, API connections)
• Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks, and close projects with profit/loss reviews and handover to Customer Success

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end projects in intralogistics, automation, material handling, warehouse automation or industrial installation
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a related field
• Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings and basic understanding of software integration
• Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery teams including engineering, installation, software and commissioning
• Proficiency in English and Polish, verbal and written
• Willingness to travel regularly, including onsite during key installation phases
