Order-to-Cash Accountant (Romanian) – Finance Managed Services

About the role

Join PwC Poland's Finance Managed Services team as an Order-to-Cash (OtC) Accountant with Romanian language skills. You will support both domestic and international clients, helping to streamline invoicing, collections and cash‑flow processes while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding receivables and overdue invoices.
• Support invoicing and billing processes and handle customer queries via email and phone.
• Investigate payment delays, resolve billing discrepancies and manage dispute cases.
• Maintain customer account data in ERP systems and ensure timely payment allocation.
• Prepare reports on receivables, overdue invoices and collection activities.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance, Sales and other internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to cash‑collection activities and promote healthy cash flow.
• Identify and suggest process improvements within the O2C area.

Required profile

• Excellent command of English and Romanian.
• 1‑3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, Billing or Collections.
• Customer‑facing experience related to invoicing, payment follow‑ups or dispute resolution.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Basic knowledge of SAP (nice to have).
