About the role
Join Marsh's European Business Support Center in Warsaw as an Operations Analyst, using your Danish language skills to support insurance brokers and ensure high‑quality data management.
Key responsibilities
- Handle documentation received from insurance brokers in English and Danish.
- Perform accurate data entry into internal systems and maintain policy records.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
Required profile
- Excellent spoken and written English and Danish (minimum B2 level).
- Strong analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
- At least 1 year of professional experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using internal data entry and documentation tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly with brokers and internal teams.
