Manager, Client Delivery (AML Operations)

About the role

AML RightSource is looking for a Manager to lead a team of analysts and subject matter experts in its AML operations in Krakow. The role covers client projects, team performance and mentoring, and requires working onsite in the Krakow office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 30-35 analysts, quality control specialists and subject matter experts.
• Oversee team performance, development and workload planning to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide coaching, feedback and support for team members' growth and career progression.
• Manage client engagements in line with internal policies and regulatory standards, and keep clients informed about outcomes and opportunities.
• Monitor team output and quality, and identify improvements to processes and efficiency.
• Deliver performance and service reports to senior leadership and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expand subject matter expertise and contribute to strategic initiatives in the Managed Services practice.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and 4-5 years of experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or a related field.
• Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Proven people management skills and decision-making capability.
• Ability to lead projects, manage timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Transaction monitoring experience.
• KYC processing experience in corporate or investment banking environments.
• Preferred: experience in cryptocurrency, professional certification such as CAMS or CKYCA, Master's degree, entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills.
