Junior Digital Marketing Technology Specialist

About the role

Join Coloplast’s eCommerce and Digital Operations team in Szczecin and support the global marketing automation strategy. You will work closely with the Marketing Automation Manager and local market teams to design, test, and launch email campaigns using Oracle Eloqua.

Key responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for local markets executing marketing automation campaigns in Oracle Eloqua.
• Coordinate activation of both global and local campaigns.
• Build emails, landing pages, and forms, acting as an email design editor.
• Run A/B tests, develop new email flows, segment audiences and upload data.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks and activate campaigns.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and monitor campaign metrics.
• Analyze and optimise email performance.
• Create guides, deliver training sessions, and support global roll‑outs and onboarding.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Online Media, Economics, IT, Software Engineering or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in online marketing, preferably email marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good analytical ability and data understanding.
• Solid business awareness.
• Excellent organisational skills to prioritise tasks.
