About the role

Nordea is seeking a Business Development Manager to support the Data Governance Office. You will work at the centre of key business activities, helping leaders turn priorities into clear plans, structured follow‑up and high‑quality decision material.

Key responsibilities

• Support leadership in planning, coordinating and following up on key business activities and priorities.
• Prepare high‑quality decision material, presentations and structured management‑ready content.
• Coordinate input across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on key deliverables.
• Support planning and execution of leadership meetings and larger internal events such as Townhalls.
• Maintain and structure key internal platforms, including knowledge‑ and collaboration‑sharing hubs such as Intra, SharePoint and Viva Engage.
• Track actions, monitor progress and ensure timely follow‑up on agreed activities.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience supporting business leaders and coordinating cross‑functional work.
• Strong organisational, planning and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to structure information, analyse input and create clear presentations and decision material.
• Comfortable working with data and translating business priorities into practical materials.
• Proven relationship‑building across functions and senior stakeholders.
• Structured problem‑solving approach and service‑oriented mindset.
