IT Support Engineer L1 – Junior

About the role

We are looking for a junior IT Support Engineer (L1) to join our fully remote team supporting the Poznań office. The role focuses on workplace stability, endpoint management, access administration, and operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, repair, and maintain corporate equipment, including procurement assistance.
• Install and configure Windows and macOS devices for new employees and keep accurate asset records.
• Create and manage user accounts in AD, Google Workspace, Jira, and Slack using automated tools.
• Manage office access control systems and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Install software, support printers, maintain technical documentation, and coordinate with service providers.
• Restore operating systems, configure access to banking and e‑sign portals, and advise on custom PC builds.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of basic antivirus and security concepts.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Windows in a corporate environment.
• Russian and English (B1+) language proficiency.
