HR Transformation Manager – GBS Consulting

About the role

PwC's GBS Consulting team is looking for an HR Transformation Manager in Kraków. The role leads HR transformation initiatives for clients, assessing current HR operating models, setting up HR shared service centres (SSC) and driving end-to-end business transformations. Projects are fast-paced, cross-functional and solution-focused.

Key responsibilities

• Lead GBS HR transformation initiatives, from designing strategic HR operating models to implementing HR SSCs.
• Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and client personnel.
• Help clients assess opportunities to apply AI-enabled HR transformation.
• Analyse complex HR data to deliver actionable insights and bespoke recommendations.
• Lead projects and workstreams beyond HR when needed, such as Finance, Procurement or Technology.
• Develop and deliver proposals addressing clients' business needs.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional experience leading HR operating model setups or HR transformation projects.
• Experience in setting up HR SSCs and strong functional HR experience with a consulting track record.
• Ability to lead, adapt and own complex tasks, and to manage priorities under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and readiness to travel within Europe and occasionally globally.
• Nice to have: transition methodology expertise, project management experience and exposure to IT and Finance.

Required skills

• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting HR data.
• Experience or exposure to generative AI, intelligent automation or analytics in HR transformation.
