Senior HR Transformation Consultant (GBS)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior HR Transformation Consultant to join its Global Business Services (GBS) team in Kraków. You will work on high‑impact HR transformation projects, helping multinational clients redesign operating models, optimise processes and drive large‑scale change.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate existing HR operating models and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement innovative HR solutions, including shared service centre (SSC) setups.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver end‑to‑end transformation journeys.
• Collect, analyse and present HR data to shape client recommendations.
• Contribute to proposal development and client‑facing presentations.
• Continuously develop expertise through diverse projects and PwC‑supported training.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in HR operating model design or transformation.
• Hands‑on experience with HR SSC implementation.
• Strong analytical abilities and proven consulting expertise.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel across Europe and globally.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel
• Advanced PowerPoint
• Familiarity with AI‑based tools for automation and analysis
• Knowledge of data‑visualisation tools such as PowerBI or Tableau (nice to have)
