Payroll Specialist – Managed Services Operations

About the role

Join PwC Poland’s rapidly expanding Human Resources and Payroll Operations team as a Payroll Specialist. You will support both domestic and international clients, helping to streamline payroll processes and integrate modern technological solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the monthly payroll process for assigned clients
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and issue remuneration certificates
• Settle civil‑law contracts and prepare ZUS, PFRON, PIT declarations and GUS reports
• Collaborate with tax and insurance institutions
• Calculate sickness benefits, manage working time and absences
• Communicate effectively with clients on payroll matters

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Law or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll operations
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and proactive attitude
• Ability to work well in a team and organise work efficiently

Required skills

• MS Office
• Experience with HR and payroll software (enova365 is a plus)
