Head of Finance – AI-native B2B SaaS

About the role

As Head of Finance at Tidio, you will shape finance for a fast‑growing AI‑native B2B SaaS business. You will partner with C‑level leaders, turn data into strategic recommendations, and drive financial performance across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Act as strategic finance partner to C‑level, providing insights and recommendations for key decisions.
• Lead a three‑person controlling and accounting team, ensuring high‑quality financial operations.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and KPI management, collaborating with all departments.
• Develop and maintain reporting on core SaaS metrics, profitability and cash flow.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive efficiency initiatives.
• Manage cash flow, FX hedging and work with the Tax Manager on tax‑related projects.
• Maintain accounting structures, oversee intangible asset capitalization and ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years in a senior finance role (Head of Finance or similar) within fast‑scaling companies.
• Proven business‑partnering experience with senior leadership and strong strategic thinking.
• Hands‑on mindset with ability to dive into details and see the bigger picture.
• Fluent English for daily business communication.
