Finance Specialist

About the role

Celltrion Group, which supplies biosimilar and innovative biopharmaceutical products to about 110 countries, is looking for a Finance Specialist for its Polish subsidiary (CT-PL) in Łódź. The role covers accounting, taxation and finance support for CT-PL, including monthly invoice recognition, bookkeeping, statutory reporting and coordination with headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Recognize MAH service invoices monthly after month-end closing and prepare and file electronic RFAs and RFPs to settle finance-related invoices.
• Support the Business Department on the WDL acquisition project and recognize inventory and sales revenue once the business model changes.
• Support quarterly consolidated financial statements for HQ audit and disclosure as a listed company, including monthly, quarterly and annual closing, bank and general ledger reconciliations, and the quarterly consolidated adjustment items.
• Prepare documents and reports for statutory financial statements, CIT returns, statutory audits and monthly VAT returns, and keep HQ informed on tax compliance matters.
• Control corporate card spending, prepare weekly payment lists and cash performance reports, and train new hires on GW functions.
• Act as contact point for CT HQ on finance, tax and legal issues, and for the accounting and tax compliance agency (SFS, CIT).
• Coordinate financial tasks with HQ Global Finance, BD and SCM, review contracts with wholesalers and prepare tax invoices, and update the fixed asset list and depreciation and lease amortization schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Business Administration or similar.
• Around 4 years of experience, up to 7 years, in finance and accounting; pharmaceutical or consultancy background preferred.
• Excellent English and Polish, with accurate attention to detail.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of accounting and finance, especially IFRS and local GAAP.
• Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft-based ERPs is preferred.
