P2P Analyst - Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense (Dutch Speaker)

About the role

Brenntag is looking for a P2P Analyst for its Accounts Payable function in Łódź, city centre, working under a hybrid model of three days in the office. The role ensures that accounts payable processes run smoothly and on time, supporting operational excellence and good relationships with internal teams and external vendors. It is part of a transition environment, so hands-on experience in transition or migration projects is a valuable asset.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify the validity of invoices against company policies, procedures and controls
• Process invoices accurately and within agreed service levels and KPIs, following standard operating procedures
• Execute AP and Travel & Expense processes promptly and in line with KPIs and company policies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to resolve queries
• Prepare analytical reports and accounting schedules to support decision-making
• Identify recurring issues or risks and propose improvements
• Resolve operational issues and escalate complex cases to supervisors when needed

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in P2P Accounts Payable
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent qualification
• Transition experience is an asset
• Experience in a shared service centre, outsourcing or similar is a strong advantage
• Detail-oriented, proactive and committed to continuous improvement

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP or equivalent ERP tools
• English and Dutch at minimum B level
