Customer Service Officer – German/French – Care Chemicals

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join the Care Chemicals division of BASF in Poland. The role supports German‑ and French‑speaking customers throughout the order‑to‑cash cycle, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to dedicated customers in German and French.
• Support customers across the entire order‑to‑cash process, monitoring order status and addressing issues.
• Manage customer complaints and deliver professional responses.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, logistics and transport teams locally and internationally.
• Maintain accurate documentation in SAP and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration or business customer service.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to work in an international environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German and French required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP SD module.
• Experience with Salesforce (advantage).
