Conversational AI Developer (GenAI)

About the role

PwC Poland’s DIPA team is seeking a Conversational AI Developer to design, implement and deploy enterprise‑grade AI assistants. You will work on production‑ready chatbots and voicebots, leveraging large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering to transform client customer‑service and business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and launch conversational AI solutions using platforms such as Parloa, Cognigy, Zowie or similar.
• Build prompt‑based assistants powered by LLMs and integrate them with enterprise systems via REST APIs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, production‑ready chatbot and voicebot implementations.
• Configure, test, optimise and troubleshoot AI solutions throughout their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, developers and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience delivering production chatbot or voicebot projects beyond proof‑of‑concepts.
• Proven ability to integrate conversational AI with enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Polish with a proactive, client‑focused attitude.
