Channel Operation Specialist

About the role

Huawei Europe is looking for a Channel Operation Specialist to join its Warsaw team. You will be responsible for monitoring partner performance, managing incentive programs, and ensuring data quality across the channel ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Daily management of partner performance metrics and incentive distribution.
• Communicate monthly with distribution partners to discuss performance, incentives, and resolve gaps.
• Maintain high‑quality partner data and operate internal digital tools.
• Analyse weekly partner performance and propose improvement actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
• Fluent English; Polish and Mandarin are a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong numerical aptitude and experience in finance or data analysis.
• Proactive problem‑solver with good collaboration skills.
