Business Process Analyst

About the role

Colibrix One builds AI-powered payment technologies for PSPs, EMIs and neobanks across the EU and UK, and is looking for a Business Process Analyst in Warsaw to optimize the operations behind its payment infrastructure. You will monitor merchant, provider and terminal traffic, oversee routing and switching processes, and analyze transaction volumes and conversion rates to spot anomalies and improvement opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor merchant, provider and terminal traffic to ensure optimal system performance
• Oversee merchant routing and switching processes
• Manage and optimize Visa principal traffic distribution across processing channels
• Monitor transaction volumes and traffic spikes, identifying anomalies and operational risks
• Verify that configured processing limits are applied correctly to avoid technical issues and unnecessary declines
• Analyze conversion rates, identify pain points and implement improvements
• Work with internal teams on terminal switching and regulatory compliance
• Generate and analyze custom analytics reports and evaluate traffic patterns
• Translate traffic analytics for processing partners and organize training sessions on system operations and analytics

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in financial or business analysis, or in process improvement roles
• Familiarity with payment industry practices and technologies is an advantage
