Automatic Tests Developer Junior

About the role

ETAP is looking for a Junior Automatic Tests Developer to join its dev‑sec‑test‑ops team in Krakow. You will create and maintain functional manual and automated test scenarios, support test pipelines, and collaborate closely with developers and infrastructure engineers to ensure high‑quality software releases.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain functional manual and automated tests.
• Develop and maintain environment setup scripts and related tools.
• Manage and improve the functional test pipeline.
• Collaborate with developers, infrastructure, and security teams as part of the dev‑sec‑test‑ops group.
• Shape quality processes and influence the final product experience.
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and support the Scrum team.

Required profile

• General programming knowledge with theoretical understanding and junior‑level practical experience.
• Basic knowledge of software testing concepts.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Required skills

• Experience with at least one scripting language such as JavaScript, Python, Visual Basic, or PowerShell.
• Junior‑level knowledge of PowerShell.
• Fluent use of GitHub for version control.
• Familiarity with TestComplete, Selenium, and Postman is a plus.
