Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Recruiter to join xflow in Warsaw. The role goes beyond filling open vacancies – you will act as a talent partner, anticipating hiring needs and building pipelines for technical, product and business‑critical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering, data/AI, product and other critical roles, from need definition to onboarding.
• Partner with leaders to understand team roadmaps, identify future talent gaps and create proactive sourcing strategies.
• Develop and maintain a network of passive candidates, using creative sourcing channels and market intelligence.
• Continuously analyse recruitment funnels, remove bottlenecks and improve processes with data‑driven solutions.
• Challenge hiring managers on requirements, ensuring the right talent matches business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior or Tech Recruiter in a fast‑paced technology company.
• Track record recruiting software engineers, engineering leads, data/AI specialists and product professionals.
• Deep understanding of talent markets, compensation trends and competitor positioning.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
