Growth Marketer – Paid Channel Revenue Focus

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketer to own paid‑channel acquisition and turn ad spend into measurable revenue. The role focuses on LinkedIn and Meta campaigns, attribution, and funnel optimisation for our AI‑driven hiring platform.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise LinkedIn and Meta paid campaigns to drive revenue.
• Build and maintain attribution models that connect ad spend directly to revenue, not just clicks or leads.
• Own cost‑per‑lead (CPL) as a core efficiency metric and continuously reduce it.
• Analyse in‑product usage data to spot post‑acquisition funnel leaks and feed insights back into channel strategy.
• Report CPL, attribution and revenue performance to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of growth or performance marketing experience.
• Hands‑on expertise running LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of attribution modelling and linking spend to revenue.
• Comfort working with product usage data to understand funnel behaviour.
• Growth‑mindset focused on the full funnel, not just top‑of‑funnel metrics.
• Willingness to work UAE time‑zone hours.
