Global Markets Internship – Warsaw 2027

Mastercard’s Global Markets team is seeking a motivated intern to join its Warsaw office for the 2027 internship program. The role provides early exposure to the Global Markets business unit and serves as a pipeline into the Graduate Programme, offering rotations across Sales & Business Development or Product Management & Solutions tracks. Interns will support strategic sales planning, consultative selling, market intelligence, and product coordination, while gaining mentorship from experienced professionals and networking opportunities across the organization. The Sales and Business Development track focuses on strategic sales planning, solution selling and providing market intelligence to product teams. The Product Management and Solutions track involves coordinating project status, financials and schedules to ensure delivery within scope and budget. Candidates should be final‑year master’s students graduating by September 2027, available to work from 1 February to 30 July 2027, and demonstrate strong communication, leadership and a passion for delivering high‑quality results. The internship emphasizes rapid learning through Mastercard’s training curriculum, hands‑on project work, and exposure to innovative technologies and global business challenges. Participants will also engage in volunteer, community and team‑building activities, and are expected to adhere to Mastercard’s corporate security responsibilities.
