About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join BASF’s Care Chemicals division in Warsaw. The role supports German‑ and French‑speaking customers throughout the Order‑to‑Cash cycle, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and high satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to assigned customers, handling inquiries from order entry to delivery.
- Monitor order status and intervene when customer satisfaction is at risk.
- Manage customer complaints and deliver professional resolutions.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, logistics and transport teams locally and internationally.
- Maintain accurate documentation in SAP and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Minimum two years of experience in sales administration or business customer service.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to work in an international environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German or French.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SAP SD module.
- Experience with Salesforce (advantage).
