Workplace Tech Engineer (IT Support Level 3)

About the role

Mangopay's Workplace Technology team provides the tools, systems and services that let colleagues around the world work, collaborate and innovate effectively. As a Workplace Tech Engineer (IT Support level 3), you will deliver usable technology, prioritise and resolve incidents, build workstations, manage IT assets and support office infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise and diagnose incidents according to agreed procedures and SLAs, and complete daily IT checks
• Build new laptop and desktop workstations and carry out IT deployments and moves
• Manage company IT assets: ordering, maintaining stock, supplying users and tracking them
• Write and update technical and process documentation
• Install and configure software for macOS, Windows, iOS and Android
• Help maintain office IT infrastructure, from Wi-Fi to server installations, telephony and video conferencing equipment
• Carry out additional project work as instructed by management

Required profile

• 5+ years of Helpdesk/ServiceDesk experience
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with daily contact across global teams
• Positive, proactive, flexible and a self-starter who takes ownership of initiatives
• Excellent time management and verbal and written English

Required skills

• Google Workspace (G-Suite)
• Troubleshooting Mac OS and iOS; exposure to MDM products such as Jamf and Intune
• Active Directory administration
• Service desk ticketing systems such as Jira
• Windows and Microsoft Office 365
• Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and endpoint security tools
