Third Party Risk Specialist

About the role

The Third Party Risk Specialist will conduct third‑party risk assessments using Zurich’s Synergi IT solution and produce outcome reports. You will work as an extension of Zurich’s global third‑party risk team, receiving full training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out third‑party risk assessments within defined SLAs and issue reports to business stakeholders.
• Track and close assessments, decisions, and remediation actions while maintaining high data quality in Synergi.
• Participate in stakeholder calls and email communications, providing status updates without giving risk advice.
• Support ad‑hoc Synergi projects, direct users to appropriate support teams, and attend monthly governance forums.
• Suggest process and system improvements, support audits, and contribute to strategy meetings.

Required profile

• Confident presenter with strong verbal communication skills.
• Self‑manager who can schedule sessions, manage time, and proactively provide updates.
• Comfortable interacting with all organizational levels.
• Previous experience in third‑party management, audit, risk, compliance or related fields.
• Additional language skills (Spanish, Portuguese or German) are a plus.
