About the role
SOFTSWISS is seeking a senior Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain the infrastructure that powers its sportsbook platform. You will work closely with product developers and stakeholders to ensure a reliable, scalable, and automated environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders on infrastructure requirements.
- Design, deploy, and manage a Kubernetes platform using Cluster API across bare‑metal and cloud providers.
- Set up and maintain production and staging environments.
- Implement GitLab CI pipelines, GitOps workflows, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices.
- Respond to monitoring alerts and participate in on‑call rotations.
- Optimize maintenance and support processes for the infrastructure.
- Contribute to the design of complex IT systems.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience as a System Engineer, SRE, DevOps or Platform Engineer.
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in English and intermediate Russian (B1+).
