Senior 1C Developer

About the role

SOFTSWISS is expanding its internal ERP team and seeks an experienced Senior 1C Developer. You will join a group of senior developers working on a complex system that supports core business processes across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, support, and optimise the internal ERP product.
• Design and implement new modules and technical solutions.
• Refactor and improve existing functionality and architecture.
• Collaborate with senior 1C developers, share knowledge and best practices.
• Experiment with AI tools for analysis, coding, testing, and code review.
• Maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
• Communicate with business stakeholders and end‑users to clarify requirements and support rollouts.

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial development experience on the 1C 8 platform.
• Strong knowledge of Managed Forms, Web Client and Standard Subsystems Library.
• Good understanding of database architecture, ACID principles and SSL.
• Experience in financial reporting and REST API integrations.
• Hands‑on interest or experience with AI tools in development.
• Ability to read and write technical documentation in English; Russian at Upper‑Intermediate level.
