About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Sales Associate to join our Levi’s store in Galeria Krakowska, Kraków. You will work in a dynamic retail environment, delivering top‑class service to customers and representing a globally recognised fashion brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with high‑quality assistance and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members in line with Levi’s brand values.
• Support store management in achieving sales targets, both store‑wide and individual.
• Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment and store organisation.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the Levi’s image.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Customer‑focused with a strong service orientation.
• Confident, communicative and persuasive in direct customer interactions.
• Experience in tailoring or related fashion work is a plus.
