About the role

As a Sales Associate at Levi’s® store in Manufaktura, Łódź, you will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover their perfect fit and express their personal style. This part‑time position offers a dynamic retail environment where fashion and customer service intersect.

Key responsibilities

• Build genuine, one‑to‑one connections with shoppers and deliver exceptional service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice to inspire confidence.
• Support daily store operations, including cash register handling, fitting‑room assistance, and stock management.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet and exceed sales targets while keeping the store welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for helping people express themselves through fashion.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Curiosity, adaptability and a desire for continuous learning.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
