About the role

Voice is building an AI companion that gives nurses back up to 30% of their time by handling administrative tasks, and has raised a $50M Series A. It is hiring a Backend Engineer for its US/UK squad based in the Warsaw, Poland hub, where you will make sure data flows smoothly between the product and partner software.

Key responsibilities

Develop interfaces that connect voize with systems in the care and medical sector
Build a scalable API and work closely with partners and clients
Own integrations end to end, from idea and implementation to ongoing development
Design data models and sustainable solutions for complex systems

Required profile

Several years of experience in backend development and API integration
Fluent business English (C1) to communicate with customers
Openness to travel to Germany every two months

Required skills

Kotlin and Coroutines (essential)
REST or GraphQL API design and development
