QA Lead – Mobile & IoT Quality Assurance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to own quality assurance across our mobile and IoT projects. You will design test strategies, raise QA standards, build the QA chapter and mentor a high‑performing team of testers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for mobile and IoT products.
• Lead and mentor the QA team, guiding test design, reviewing approaches and sharing knowledge.
• Introduce modern QA tools, test automation and CI/CD integration.
• Define and track quality metrics, continuously improving testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with the CTO on company‑wide QA direction.
• Work with developers, product managers and clients to define acceptance criteria and coverage.
• Oversee compatibility, functional, integration, end‑to‑end, performance, security, regression and automated testing.
• Run quality work end‑to‑end, from raw BLE signal capture to cloud data validation.
• Use AI tools daily as productivity multipliers.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading QA efforts for mobile and IoT products.
• Comfortable shaping testing processes, selecting tooling and influencing product quality.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional evening calls with US clients.
• Strong communication skills to explain quality trade‑offs to stakeholders.
