Product Management Director

About the role

The Product Management Director will own the strategy for a multi‑product B2B SaaS suite serving the UK healthcare market. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead a team of four Product Managers and drive the consolidation of organically built and acquired products into a unified ecosystem that fuels commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for the space management and Soft FM services suite (cleaning, catering, portering, operational services).
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of four Product Managers, handling performance evaluation and career progression.
• Lead post‑M&A product integration, merging acquired solutions into the core platform.
• Structure discovery processes to ensure product roadmaps directly support sales and revenue targets.
• Partner closely with Sales to unblock revenue and align product priorities with commercial objectives.
• Operate in a hybrid environment with three days per week in the Krakow or Warsaw office and occasional travel to London.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Director of Product, Head of Product, or Group Product Manager in a B2B SaaS company.
• Track record of directly managing and developing Product Managers.
• Experience leading product strategy for a multi‑product portfolio or consolidating products after acquisition.
• Comfortable working in a private‑equity‑backed, aggressive M&A growth environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Krakow or Warsaw (hybrid schedule) and travel to London as needed.
