People Business Partner Manager

About the role

As a People Business Partner Manager, you will work closely with local senior management to drive business results through effective HR strategies. You will support one of Mastercard's Polish entities by aligning people initiatives with corporate goals and fostering a high‑performing, engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and people managers to implement performance management, talent reviews, and compensation cycles.
• Collaborate with Global and European HR teams to devise pragmatic solutions for complex HR matters.
• Participate in business update meetings to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and ensure quality talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Provide coaching on talent management, career development, and succession planning.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee‑relations issues, including policy application, redeployments, disciplinaries, and grievances.

Required profile

• Proven experience partnering with senior management on HR strategy and execution.
• Strong understanding of HR disciplines such as compensation, learning & development, performance management, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
• Ability to influence and drive change across a large, multinational organization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
