HR Master Data Management Specialist (Spanish)

About the role

Alcon is seeking an HR Master Data Management Specialist who is fluent in Spanish to support associates and managers across multiple countries. The role involves guiding employees through HR lifecycle events, clarifying policies, handling payroll inquiries, and providing system navigation support.

Key responsibilities

• Process HR lifecycle changes such as employment verifications, new‑hire onboarding, employee data updates, and personnel file administration.
• Contribute to regional and global HR projects and ensure documentation is current.
• Support the preparation and implementation of people policies, handbooks, and guidelines.
• Deliver high‑quality service in line with Service Center SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics.

Required profile

• Good understanding of HR operations and basic knowledge of multiple labor legislation systems, including experience with the French market.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills with a customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can maintain confidentiality and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Experience with Service Center technologies such as ticket management, knowledge management, chat, email, and document management systems.
