New Business Manager

About the role

As a New Business Manager at digitalforms you will lead the client acquisition process, building strong relationships with prospective B2B customers. You will work remotely from Poland, initiating contact, qualifying leads, preparing tailored proposals and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
• Qualify prospects and assess their needs against digital transformation services.
• Draft and customize proposals using templates and tools such as PandaDoc.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure offers align with service capabilities.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up to secure contracts.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Process‑oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Proven experience in lead generation, sales or business development.
