Live Stream Moderator – German (24/7) – Relocation to Poznan

About the role

We are looking for a Live Stream Moderator who will work on a 24/7 schedule, based in our Poznań office. The role involves reviewing live transmissions on a major social media platform to ensure they comply with community guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live streams in real time and verify that content follows platform policies.
• Assess whether material is appropriate and flag any violations.
• Make rapid decisions on inappropriate content without direct user interaction.
• Collaborate with an international moderation team.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1 level) and at least intermediate English (B2).
• Open to flexible, 24/7 shift work – schedule can be tailored to personal needs.
• Willing to work 100 % on‑site in Poznań.
• Motivated to learn and develop professionally.

Required skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick judgments.
• Comfort with handling sensitive content.
