Team Leader – French or German, Claims Service

About the role

Marsh is looking for a dynamic Team Leader to manage a team of about 15 colleagues in its Claims Service unit in Warsaw. The role combines people management, stakeholder engagement and a focus on continuous improvement, with a hybrid work model requiring at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of roughly 15 members, driving engagement, performance and capability growth.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, workload and priorities to meet agreed service levels and KPIs.
• Monitor, analyse and report on team KPIs, quality measures and business results, initiating corrective actions when needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and locations.
• Support transition of new tasks and processes, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and documentation.
• Identify and champion efficiency, automation and technology‑enabled improvements, including AI‑enabled operations.

Required profile

• Proven people‑management experience in an operations or shared‑services environment.
• Background in the insurance industry with understanding of operational controls and service delivery.
• Strong stakeholder‑management capability across functions and geographies.
• Professional French or German language skills (spoken and written) and confidence in English.
