Operations Specialist (Dutch) – 12‑month contract – Remote

About the role

Join the operations team supporting Marsh Europe’s policy management, claims, procurement and related services. You will work remotely, handling documentation from insurance brokers and ensuring data accuracy in internal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Process and enter documentation received from insurance brokers in both English and Dutch.
• Maintain high‑quality data entry in internal systems with strong attention to detail.
• Identify and suggest improvements to operational processes.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English and Dutch (minimum B2 level).
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English and Dutch language documentation.
• Data entry and basic data management capabilities.
